10/16/2024 – I am located in the United States - where are these autosamplers serviced?

Texas Scientific Products handles service within the united states - meaning if anything should need attention under warranty or afterward you will be able to reach out to us in Texas to get the autosampler serviced. We carry an inventory of spare parts and we can arrange for help over the phone, via web meetings, or depot service where we can send a replacement while yours is being repaired. 8/30/2024 – What software does the autosampler use? Will it integrate with my ICP software?

7/26/2024 – Where does this autosampler sit: Does it attach to the ICP or sit on the side? I'm trying to get an idea of how much bench space I'll need.

Typically these tuck right up close to the ICP and sit on the bench.
