Terms and conditions for customers outside of the United States of America

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, the following terms and conditions apply for orders placed by international customers or orders having an expected shipping destination outsie the United States of America. Minimum Order: Individual international orders amount must have a value of $500 or more
Payment Terms: 100% due with order placement
Payment Method: Funds shall be received by TSP via international bank wire transfer. Please contact us if you need our receiving bank details.
Shipping Charges: TSP charges a processing fee of $85.00 which covers creation of a proforma invoice, commerial invoice, and packaging details to you and/or your freight forwarder. This fee does not include any shipping charges. All shipping charges, including tariffs, import fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer to determine and properly pay.
Shipping Coordination: Orders will be prepared EXW Justin, TX. Arrangements can be made with our sales team to ship the order to the customer's freight forwarder or business within the USA. Otherwise, the customer is responsible to coordinate a pickup at the our Justin, TX location.
