Peristaltic Pump Tubing (Shop for Tubing)

Texas Scientific Products offers a wide variety of pump tubing for all instruments utilizing either a two or three stop configuration.  Consideration must be given regarding the material, the internal (ID),  the over-all length as well as the distance between the stops

Materials: (Tubing Compatibility Chart)

PVC: Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) is the basis of the most common peristaltic pump tubing used for ICP, ICP-MS and many other analytical instruments.  It is economic to purchase and offers moderate chemical resistance.

Santoprene: Flexible, tough, opaque, beige and black thermoplastic rubber with very good abrasion, heat, Ultraviolet and ozone resistance.  Excellent chemical resistance to both acids and alkalis.

Silicone: Typically used for organic solutions (i.e. DMSO) that eat through Viton® and Solva.

PVCSolva: Modified PVC for enhanced durability for fuels, oils, kerosene, aromatics and many other hydrocarbon based liquids. This tubing is easily identifiable by the slightly yellow translucent color.

Viton®: Similar to Solva but with improved resistance to acids.   Excellent chemical resistance to both acids, alkalis, oils, fuels and most aromatic hydrocarbons
